Dues Deduction Report. a. Each pay period the Agency shall remit to the Union the dues deducted during the pay period along with a dues deduction report for each payday which will include the following information: (1) Name and address of each employee (2) Employee ID number (3) Amount of dues deducted in the pay period (4) Calendar year-to-date dues deduction amount b. The Union shall have reasonable access to Agency payroll records for the purpose of verifying the amount of total earnings paid to individual members during a pay period.
