Dues Deduction - Voluntary Members of the Association. During the life of this Agreement, the Employer shall deduct from the monthly salary of any faculty member who is a voluntary member of the Association, but who is not a Member of the Bargaining Unit, such fees, monthly dues or assessments as may be authorized from time to time by the Association. The Association agrees to inform the Employer in writing of any proposed change in the level of these dues at least one (1) full month in advance of the month in which the proposed change would be effective. No more than four such changes may be initiated in any Fiscal Year. The Association agrees to inform the Employer, in writing, of any faculty members who have applied to become, or to withdraw as, voluntary members of the Association at least one (1) full month in advance of the month in which the membership change would be effective.
