Dues Deduction - Voluntary Members of the Association. The Employer shall remit the amounts deducted pursuant to Clauses 1 and 3 to the Association no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the month after the deductions have been made, and shall inform the Association monthly of the names and ranks of employees from whose salaries deductions have been made and the amount so deducted from each employee’s salary.
