Common use of DUES/FAIR SHARE Clause in Contracts

DUES/FAIR SHARE. ‌ 19 The Hospital will deduct Association membership dues, or payments in lieu of 20 dues, from the wages of each nurse who voluntarily agrees to such payroll deductions 21 and who submits an appropriate written authorization to the Hospital setting forth 22 standard amounts and times of deductions.
