Common use of DURATION AND AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement shall be binding and in full force effective from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2026. It supersedes and replaces in its entirety the existing collective bargaining agreement between the parties currently set to expire on June 30, 2022. B. This Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified only through the voluntary mutual consent of the parties in a written and signed amendment. Amendments may be initiated at the written request of the Board or the Faculty Senate Executive Committee and shall become effective upon adoption by the Board and ratification by the Faculty Senate Executive Committee, or at such other time as the Board and the Faculty Senate Executive Committee may agree. C. All signatures on this Agreement are subject to ratification by vote of the Faculty Senate and the Board, and this Agreement shall not be legally binding on either party until such ratification votes have occurred.
