The Company “My CNL” Compensation and the Union agree to the following: • The Union agrees to amend the existing Moly shift as per article 20.04(a)(iii) in the Collective Agreement to a start and finish time of 7:00 pm to 3:00 am • The Company agrees that if no deliveries are scheduled the start and finish times can revert to the shift outlined in the current Collective Agreement Article 20.04(a)(iiiBenefits Page). • The Company agrees to implement this change if and when a deal with the customer is made that requires the earlier delivery time.
