DURATION AND AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT. 35.01 This Agreement when signed by the parties hereto, shall become effective from April 1, 2014 except as otherwise specified herein, and shall remain in full force and effect until March 31, 2017, and from year to year thereafter, unless amended or terminated in the manner provided herein. 35.02 Retroactivity to April 1, 2014 will apply only for employees on strength on date of ratification, or for those who have deceased or retired during the period of this awards collective agreement and only in respect of wages applicable to regular and overtime hours. The Company and the Union agree to the following: • The Union agrees to amend the existing Moly shift as per article 20.04(a)(iii) in the Collective Agreement to a start and finish time of 7:00 pm to 3:00 am • The Company agrees that if no deliveries are scheduled the start and finish times can revert to the shift outlined in the current Collective Agreement Article 20.04(a)(iii). • The Company agrees to implement this change if and when a deal with the customer is made that requires the earlier delivery time. The Company “My CNL” Compensation and the Union agree to the following: • The Union agrees to amend the existing Moly shift as per article 20.04(a)(iii) in the Collective Agreement to a start and finish time of 7:00 pm to 3:00 am • The Company agrees that if no deliveries are scheduled the start and finish times can revert to the shift outlined in the current Collective Agreement Article 20.04(a)(iiiBenefits Page). • The Company agrees to implement this change if and when a deal with the customer is made that requires the earlier delivery time.
