Common use of DURATION AND TERM OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND TERM OF AGREEMENT. Section 1 – This Agreement shall be in effect from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022, and shall continue in effect year to year thereafter unless either party shall give to the other party a written notice of intention to terminate or modify such Agreement. Such notice shall be given at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, or any subsequent anniversary of said date.

DURATION AND TERM OF AGREEMENT. In the event that such notice is given, or any subsequent negotiations shall begin no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the anniversary of said date.
