Common use of Duration of Benefit Clause in Contracts

Duration of Benefit. To age 70: This benefit will be provided until the retiree reaches age 70 or death, whichever comes first, if the retiree/employee has a start work date as a probationary employee on or before June 30, 2004. To age 65: This benefit will be provided until the retiree reaches age 65 or death, whichever comes first, if the retiree/employee has a start work date as a probationary employee on or after July 1, 2004.
