Common use of Duration of Deed Clause in Contracts

Duration of Deed. This Deed shall continue until and terminate upon the later of: (a) ten (10) years after the date that Indemnitee shall have ceased to serve as a Representative of the Indemnitors and/or any Group Company as the case may be or (b) one (1) year after the final termination of any Proceeding, including any appeal, then pending in respect of which Indemnitee is granted rights of indemnification or advancement hereunder and of any proceeding commenced by Indemnitee pursuant to Section 11 of this Deed relating thereto.

Duration of Deed. This Deed shall continue until and terminate upon the later of: of (a) ten (10) 10 years after the date that Indemnitee shall have ceased to serve as a Representative director, secretary, officer or executive of the Indemnitors and/or any Group Company as the case may be or other Enterprise or (b) one (1) year after the final termination of any Proceeding, including any appeal, then pending in respect of which Indemnitee is granted rights of indemnification or advancement of Expenses hereunder and of any proceeding commenced by Indemnitee pursuant to Section 11 of this Deed relating thereto.

Duration of Deed. This Deed shall continue until and terminate upon the later of: (a) ten (10) years after the date that Indemnitee shall have ceased to serve as a Representative of the Indemnitors Company, any of its Subsidiaries, and/or any Group Company an Enterprise, as the case may be be, or (b) one (1) year after the final termination of any Proceeding, including any appeal, then pending in respect of which Indemnitee is granted rights of indemnification or advancement hereunder and of any proceeding commenced by Indemnitee pursuant to Section 11 of this Deed relating thereto.

Duration of Deed. This Deed shall continue until and terminate upon the later of: of (a) ten (10) 10 years after the date that Indemnitee shall have ceased to serve at the request of the Company as a Representative director, secretary, officer or executive of the Indemnitors and/or any Group Company as the case may be or other Enterprise or (b) one (1) year after the final termination of any Proceeding, including any appeal, then pending in respect of which Indemnitee is granted rights of indemnification or advancement of Expenses hereunder and of any proceeding (including any appeal) commenced by Indemnitee pursuant to Section 11 of this Deed 13 relating thereto.

Duration of Deed. This Deed shall continue until and terminate upon the later of: (a) ten (10) years after the date that Indemnitee shall have ceased to serve as a Representative of the Indemnitors and/or any Group Company as the case may be or (b) one (1) year after the final termination of any Proceeding, including any appeal, then pending in respect of which Indemnitee is granted rights of indemnification or advancement hereunder and of any proceeding commenced by Indemnitee pursuant to Section 11 of this Deed relating thereto.

Duration of Deed. This Deed shall continue until and terminate upon the later of: of (a) ten (10) 10 years after the date that Indemnitee shall have ceased to serve at the request of the Company and/or Ensco Delaware as a Representative director, secretary, officer or executive of the Indemnitors and/or any Group Company as the case may be or other Enterprise or (b) one (1) year after the final termination of any Proceeding, including any appeal, then pending in respect of which Indemnitee is granted rights of indemnification or advancement of Expenses hereunder and of any proceeding (including any appeal) commenced by Indemnitee pursuant to Section 11 of this Deed 13 relating thereto.
