Duration of Plan Sample Clauses

Duration of Plan. No Grant or Award may be issued under this Plan before July 1, 2002, or after June 30, 2012; provided, however, a Grant of a Reload Option may be issued after June 30, 2012, upon the exercise of an Original Option as provided in Section 4.3 hereof. Grants and Awards issued on or after July 1, 2002, but on or before June 30, 2012, and Grants of Reload Options issued after June 30, 2012 upon the exercise of an Original Option as provided in Section 4.3 hereof, shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.

Duration of Plan. Unless sooner terminated as provided herein, the Plan shall terminate ten years from the Effective Date. After the Plan is terminated, no Awards may be granted but Awards previously granted shall remain outstanding in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions and the Plan’s terms and conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Incentive Stock Options may be granted more than ten years after the earlier of (a) adoption of the Plan by the Board, and (b) the Effective Date.

Duration of Plan. No Awards may be granted under this Plan more than ten years after the earlier of the date the Plan is adopted by the Board or the date that the Plan is approved in accordance with Article XVII. Awards granted before that date shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.

Duration of Plan. No Stock Award or Option may be granted under this Plan more than ten years after the date the Plan is adopted by the Board.

Duration of Plan. No Restricted Shares or Performance Shares may be awarded and no Option or SAR may be granted under this Plan after October 31, 2004. Restricted Share and Performance Share awards and Option and SAR grants made before that date shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.

Duration of Plan. No Grant or Award may be issued under the Plan before March 27, 1996, or after March 26, 2006. Grants and Awards issued on or after March 27, 1996, but on or before March 26, 2006, shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.

Duration of Plan. No option may be granted under this Plan more than ten years after the earlier of the date that the Plan is adopted by the Board or the date that the Plan is approved by stockholders of the Corporation as provided in Article XIV. Options granted before that date shall remain valid in accordance with their terms.

Duration of Plan. The Plan shall continue indefinitely until it is terminated pursuant to Section 14.1. No ISOs may be granted under the Plan on or after the tenth anniversary of the Effective Date. The applicable provisions of the Plan will continue in effect with respect to an Award granted under the Plan for as long as such Award remains outstanding.
