Employment of Staff. 3.1 New Officers who are appointed to work with the Joint Committee from the 1 April 2010 will be employed by Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB.
Employment of Staff. All staff under the direction and control of SEDOM shall be employed by SEDOM and shall be on the SEDOM salary schedule as established by the Executive Board and ratified by the Governing Board of Directors. Employment of Staff. Neither party shall canvass or otherwise engage the services of any employee of the other connected with the subject of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party. This clause shall apply for one (1) year after the termination of the Maintenance Services.
Employment of Staff. 14.1. If, during this Agreement and for a period of 6 months after the termination of this Agreement, you (directly or indirectly) employ or otherwise engage the services of any member of our staff who has had contact with your child under this Agreement in the last 6 months you shall pay to us a figure representing 20% of the relevant member of staff's gross annual salary at the time they left our employment. This figure represents the costs to us of recruiting a suitable replacement member of staff.
Employment of Staff. To hire all employees and, subject to the provisions of law, to determine their qualifications and the conditions for their continued employment, or their dismissal or demotion; and to promote, and transfer all such employees. For purposes of this Agreement, assignment is placement within an administrative unit, and transfer is movement between administrative units;
Employment of Staff. The Member School District is solely responsible for payment of all wages and other compensation to the employees it assigns to perform services pursuant to this Agreement. No withholding or deduction for State or federal income taxes, FICA, FUTA, or other State or federal employment taxes, will be made by HVED from the payments due to the Member School District. It is the Member School District’s sole obligation to comply with all federal and State tax laws.
Employment of Staff. The parents shall not directly or indirectly canvass or solicit any member of staff or endeavour to or cause them to leave the Trust’s employment. If the Parents employ a member of staff or former member of staff within one full term of the termination of the Trust’s employment the Parents shall pay to the Trust a sum equivalent to one third of the employee’s or former employee’s gross annual salary. 5 Health and medical matters
Employment of Staff. 12.1 The provider is required to ensure that all service delivery, administrative and management staff are recruited and receive induction and ongoing training, covering the core competencies of their role, in accordance with RESPECT Standards and National Offender Management Service standards.
