Duration of “On Duty” Status. Employees serving in an “On Duty” status will shall serve in such status for periods of seven (7) calendar days at a time. In the event the bargaining unit member cannot serve up to two (2) consecutive days of the full sevenseven (7) days schedule of “On Duty”, he/she shall find a replacement within his/her shift/work unit. Failure to do so shall forfeit his/her pay for those days in question.
