Common use of Duration of Operating Plan Clause in Contracts

Duration of Operating Plan. This Operating Plan is executed as of the date of last signature and remains in effect through (DATE) unless modified or superseded. If the current Master Coop Agreement is superseded by a new Agreement, this Operating Plan may remain in effect to the extent that is does not conflict with provisions of the new Agreement, but only until such time that all activities and conditions can be incorporated into a new Operating Plan.

If the current Master Coop Agreement is superseded by a new Agreement, this Operating Plan may remain in effect to the extent that is does not conflict with provisions of the new Agreement, but only until such time that all activities and conditions can be incorporated into a new Operating Plan.
