Duration of service and kilometric count. 4.1. The duration of the service, automatically detected by the on-board software, is normally equal to the sum of the minutes of service booked. In the case of extension, the duration is equal to the number of minutes that elapse between the start time entered in the booking phase and the actual closing time of the service. In the event of early return of the vehicle, the actual booking hours will be charged to the Customer.
