Maximum 3 claims 2 The 2-year swap out warranty provides support & product warranty repair cover for a period 730 days from the date the product was purchased new from Mi Services. Maximum 3 claims 3 The 3-year swap out warranty provides support & product warranty repair cover for a period 1095 days from the date the product was purchased new from Mi Services. Maximum 3 claims 5 The 5-year swap out warranty provides support and product warranty repair cover for a period 1825 days from the date the product was purchased new from Mi Services. Maximum 3 claims
Duration of the Service. Wintershall shall advise the Commencement Date for the Service. From the Commencement Date the Service shall be provided as and when required by Wintershall during the period of time necessary to complete the Service to the satisfaction of Wintershall.
Duration of the Service. 5.4.1 The contract is on-going reviewed annually. The CCG will provide one month’s notice to contractors in normal circumstances if the service is to be suspended.

Duration of the Service. (a) The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect for an initial term of one (1) year. After the initial term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms, each a renewal term, unless and until either Party delivers written notice of termination to the other Party at least 60 days prior to the end of the then-current term. The initial term and any renewal terms are referred to collectively as the “Term”.
(b) This Agreement shall terminate at the earlier of (i) the expiration of the Term or (ii) a termination pursuant to Sections 2.08 or 2.09(b) hereof.
(c) This Agreement, and FIRST HEALTHCARE's obligation to provide and SUBSCRIBER's obligation to accept all or any part of the Services, shall terminate when the Term shall have ended provided, however, that, Section 2.09(a), Article IV, and Article V hereof shall survive and continue after the termination of this Agreement.

We shall supply the Service to you from either (a) the first day of the Rental Period, (b) the date that all relevant terms and conditions are signed by you and the Tenant, or (c) the date we receive the Check-in Fee from the Tenant (whichever is latest). We shall continue to provide the Service until either (a) all Established Charges are settled by the Tenant, (b) a flatfair Offer is made to you, or (c) the Agreement is otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms.
