Duration of Step In. Except where BUPA has exercised its right of step in pursuant to Clause 11.1.4 , BUPA’s rights under this Clause 11 will cease on the earlier of the cessation or resolution of the matter giving rise to the right of step in or the date 60 days from when the step in right was exercised.
