Common use of Duration of the Project Clause in Contracts

Duration of the Project. 1. The Project Manager and the Unit are obliged to realise the Project in the period from the …………… to the ……….. . 2. The realisation of the Project means the realisation of the full substantial scope of the Project and documenting the incurred expenditures. 3. The Project Manager and the Unit are obliged to complete the realisation of the substantial and financial scope of the Project pursuant to the Application in the cost eligibility period specified in item 1 hereinabove, with the reservation of the provisions of § 10 item 10. 4. Expenditures incurred prior to the commencement and after the end of the cost eligibility period specified in items 1 and 3 hereinabove shall not be deemed as eligible for funding.
