The Project Manager and the Unit are obliged to complete the realisation of the substantial and financial scope of the Project pursuant to the Application in the cost eligibility period specified in item 1 hereinabove, with the reservation of the provisions of § 10 item 10. 4. Expenditures incurred prior to the commencement and after the end of the cost eligibility period specified in items 1 and 3 hereinabove shall not be deemed as eligible for funding.
