Duration of Valves. Valves are required to last at least 10 to 15 years. WORK LOCATION AND HOURS Service Provider will provide its mechanical maintenance and automation maintenance of the equipment located at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX. All services provided under this agreement will be performed during normal working hours (Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.) unless otherwise specified.

  • LIMITATION OF VALUE Occupant agrees that in no event shall the total value of all property stored be deemed to exceed $5000.00 unless Owner has given permission in writing for Occupant to store property exceeding that value. Occupant agrees that the maximum value for any claim or suit by Occupant, including but not limited to any suit which alleges wrongful or improper foreclosure or sale of the contents of a storage unit is the total value referenced above. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to create any liability on the part of Owner to Occupant for any lost or damage to Occupant's property, regardless of cause.

  • Period of validity The Rate Contract will be valid for period of two year from the date of issue date of Rate Contract. It may be further extended after approval of competent authority till the finalization of new rate contract, if required.

  • Interruption of Vacation An employee shall be permitted to interrupt or terminate vacation leave in order to begin another type of paid leave provided the employee supplies notice and supporting information regarding the basis for such interruption or termination to the District.
