During Construction of the Facility. During such time as Seller is actively constructing the Facility, the Company shall make available a reasonable area on Company’s property, as determined by Company, for Seller’s construction activities, which shall be no larger than _____________ acres, as shown on the site plan attached as Exhibit X.1 (Site Plan) to this Attachment X (Company-Owned Site). The Company shall work with Seller to physically demarcate, at Seller’s expense, the boundaries of the area that will be made available to Seller during construction of the Facility.
