Common use of Dust and Noise Clause in Contracts

Dust and Noise. F.1.1. The Contractor must: a. restrict dust caused by the Works to a minimum and take all practicable steps to minimise noise resulting from the Works; and b. comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines concerning noise and nuisance arising from the Contract being carried out. F.1.2. The Works must be carried out in and around the existing building in a manner so as to cause the least possible inconvenience to the public, staff, clients and visitors.
