Agreement Controls In the event that any term of any of the Loan Documents other than this Agreement conflicts with any express term of this Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall control to the extent of such conflict.
Audit Controls P. Contractor agrees to an annual system security review by the County to assure that systems processing and/or storing Medi-Cal PII are secure. This includes audits and keeping records for a period of at least three (3) years. A routine procedure for system review to catch unauthorized access to Medi-Cal PII shall be established by the Contractor.

Personnel Controls The County Department/Agency agrees to advise County Workers who have access to Pll, of the confidentiality of the information, the safeguards required to protect the information, and the civil and criminal sanctions for non- compliance contained in applicable federal and state laws. Programme Management The Government will establish a programme management office and the Council will be able to access funding support to participate in the reform process. The Government will provide further guidance on the approach to programme support, central and regional support functions and activities and criteria for determining eligibility for funding support. This guidance will also include the specifics of any information required to progress the reform that may be related to asset quality, asset value, costs, and funding arrangements.
Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will: Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.
Technical Security Controls 35 a. Workstation/Laptop encryption. All workstations and laptops that store PHI COUNTY 36 discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of 37 COUNTY either directly or temporarily must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which 1 is 128bit or higher, such as AES. The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the 2 COUNTY.
Data Input Control It will be possible to retrospectively examine and establish whether and by whom Personal Data have been entered, modified or removed from SAP data processing systems. Measures: • SAP only allows authorized personnel to access Personal Data as required in the course of their duty. • SAP has implemented a logging system for input, modification and deletion, or blocking of Personal Data by SAP or its subprocessors within the Cloud Service to the extent technically possible.
