Dust Management Controls. The Contractor will implement the Monterey Bay Air Resources District (MBARD) Basic Dust Control Measures. Current measures stipulated by the MBARD Guidelines include the following:
Dust Management Controls a. The Contractor will implement the Monterey Bay Air Resources District (MBARD) Basic Dust Control Measures. Current measures stipulated by the MBARD Guidelines include the following: i. All visible mud or dirt track-out onto adjacent public roads shall be removed using wet power vacuum street sweepers at least once per day. The use of dry power sweeping is prohibited. ii. Idling times shall be minimized either by shutting equipment off when not in use or reducing the maximum idling time to 5 minutes (as required by the California airborne toxics control measure Title 13, Section 2485 of California Code of Regulations [CCR]). Clear signage shall be provided for construction workers at all access points. iii. All construction equipment shall be maintained and properly tuned in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. All equipment shall be checked by a certified visible emissions evaluator.

Building pads shall be laid as soon as possible after grading unless seeding or soil binders are used. iv. Idling times shall be minimized either by shutting equipment off when not in use or reducing the maximum idling time to 5 minutes (as required by the California airborne toxics control measure Title 13, Section 2485 of California Code of Regulations [CCR]). Clear signage shall be provided for construction workers at all access points. v. All construction equipment shall be maintained and properly tuned in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.   • Data Input Control It will be possible to retrospectively examine and establish whether and by whom Personal Data have been entered, modified or removed from SAP data processing systems.

  • Security Controls Annually, upon Fund’s reasonable request, DST shall provide Fund’s Chief Information Security Officer or his or her designee with a summary of its corporate information security policy and an opportunity to discuss DST’s information security measures, and a high level and non-confidential summary of any penetration testing related to the provision of in-scope services . DST shall review its Security Policy annually.
