Common use of DUST PARTITIONS Clause in Contracts

DUST PARTITIONS. If the Work involves Work in an occupied existing building, the Contractor shall erect and maintain during the progress of the Work, suitable dust-proof temporary partitions, or more permanent partitions as specified, to protect such building and the occupants thereof.
