Duties and Scope of Employment. Executive will serve as the Company’s Chief Marketing Officer reporting to the Company's Chief Operating Officer, and will perform the duties, consistent with this position, as assigned by Executive’s supervisor or the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).

Executive will serve as the Company’s Chief Marketing Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer reporting to the Company's ’s Chief Operating Executive Officer, and will perform the duties, consistent with this position, as assigned by Executive’s supervisor or the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).

Executive will serve as the Company’s Chief Marketing Officer Executive Vice President, International reporting to the Company's Chief Operating Executive Officer, and will perform the duties, consistent with this position, as assigned by Executive’s supervisor or the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).

Duties and Scope of Employment. Company shall employ Executive will serve as in the position of Chief Executive Officer, with such duties and responsibilities including but not limited to the oversight and management of Company’s Chief Marketing Officer reporting to the Company's Chief Operating Officerbusiness/management, and will perform the dutiesother matters as agreed by Company and Executive, consistent with this position, such as assigned reasonably dictated by Executive’s supervisor or the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).

Executive will render such business and will perform professional services in the performance of his duties, consistent with this positionExecutive’s position within the Company, as shall reasonably be assigned to him by Executive’s supervisor or the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”
