Duties and Supervision. Except as otherwise provided in Paragraph 14 below, EMPLOYEE shall perform the duties of President, Clovis Community College of the DISTRICT. The duties of this position shall be as prescribed under California law, DISTRICT policy, by the DISTRICT’s Governing Board (“Board”) and the Chancellor. All powers and duties shall be executed in accordance with DISTRICT policy and applicable law. EMPLOYEE shall report to and be supervised by the Chancellor.
