Common use of Duties as Executive of the Company Clause in Contracts

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Senior Sr. Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel President of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Senior Sr. Vice President, Secretary President and General Counsel Chief Financial Officer of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Senior Vice President, Secretary President and General Counsel Chief Executive Officer of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) position or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer).

Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive with his consent by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel Chief Financial Officer of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel Chief Accounting Officer of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
