Common use of Duties as Executive of the Company Clause in Contracts

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Sr. Senior Vice President President, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer General Counsel of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Executive Officer of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) position or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer).

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Sr. Senior Vice President President, and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Sr. Senior Vice President President, General Counsel, and Chief Financial Officer Corporate Secretary of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive with his consent by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Accounting Officer of the Company and act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “GGS Board of Directors”) or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
