Common use of Duties as Executive of the Company Clause in Contracts

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to this Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to continue to serve the Company as its Chief Executive Officer, and to act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers and duties reasonably incident to the position(s) and such other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Board of Directors or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Executive shall report to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to this Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to continue to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company as its Chief Executive Officer, and to act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers and duties reasonably incident to the position(s) and such or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board of Directors”) or Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, the Company’s Chief Executive OfficerChairman. Executive shall report to the Company’s Chief Executive OfficerBoard of Directors.

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to this the Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to continue to serve as the Controller of the Company as its Chief Executive Officer, and to act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers and duties reasonably incident to the position(s) and such or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (hereafter “FracRock Board of Directors”) or J. Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer. Executive shall report to the Company’s Chief Executive Financial Officer.

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to this Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to continue to serve the Company as its Chief Executive Financial Officer, and to act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers and duties reasonably incident to the position(s) and such other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Board of Directors or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Executive shall report to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
