Common use of Duties as Executive of the Company Clause in Contracts

Duties as Executive of the Company. Subject to this Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and to act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers reasonably incident to the position(s) or other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board of Directors”) or Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, the Company’s Chairman. Executive shall report to the Board of Directors.

Subject to this Agreement’s terms, Executive agrees to continue to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company as its Chief Financial Officer, and to act in the ordinary course of its business with all the powers and duties reasonably incident to the position(s) or and such other responsibilities or duties that may be from time to time assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board of Directors”) or Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, the Company’s ChairmanChief Executive Officer. Executive shall report to the Board of DirectorsCompany’s Chief Executive Officer.
