Duties, Functions and Responsibilities. Institution shall undertake the duties, functions and responsibilities contemplated hereby in a businesslike and competent manner. Institution shall conduct its activities under this Agreement in accordance with (a) all applicable laws, rules and regulations; (b) the then-current registration statements of the Funds; and (c) industry standards.
