The representatives so elected or appointed shall devote the full time provided by the Department to matters of collective bargaining or representation for Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s commissioned employees. Any time devoted by the representatives to employees of any other entity must be on other than the hours provided by the Department for this position.
