Common use of Duties of Clause in Contracts

Duties of. The EMPLOYER will recognize the Xxxxxxx in the respect that the Xxxxxxx will check all the EMPLOYEES on the job to see that they have been hired per this Agreement. The Xxxxxxx shall keep an accurate daily record of the names, District Council Members’ actions and the time of each and every member on his particular job and will report to the Union on a weekly basis

Attend and give a report at all Union meetings. This is the sole responsibility of the XXXXXXX to fulfill this obligation.
