' Compensation Insurance Coverage. 1. Definitions:
(a) Certificate of coverage ("certificate") - A copy of a certificate of insurance, a certificate of authority to self-insure issued by the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission, or a coverage agreement (TWCC-81, TWCC-82, TWCC-83, or TWCC-84), showing statutory workers' compensation insurance coverage for the person's or entity's employees providing services on a project, for the duration of the Project.
(b) Duration of the Project - includes the time from the beginning of the work on the Project until the Contractor's/person's work on the Project has been completed and accepted by the Owner.
' Compensation Insurance Coverage. 10.1 This Article is applicable only to construction of Public Improvements, the costs for which the Developer is seeking reimbursement from the City and the Board, and is not intended to apply to the private improvements made by the Developer.

' Compensation Insurance Coverage. EMPLOYER shall be responsible for providing Workers’ Compensation Insurance to his EMPLOYEES pursuant to the provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Act of Pennsylvania and in any other state in which the EMPLOYEE may be working.
' Compensation Insurance Coverage. Bidder is required to provide with the bid a certificate of insurance showing proof of compliance with the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Act. YES – Include with the bid a certificate of insurance. ' Compensation Insurance Coverage. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Title 51 RCW, Industrial Insurance to the extent applicable to it. The WSIB shall not be responsible for payment of industrial insurance premiums for the Contractor, or any Subcontractor or employee of Contractor, which might arise under the workers’ compensation insurance laws during performance of duties and services under this Contract. Prior to performing work under this Contract, the Contractor shall provide or purchase industrial insurance coverage for the Contractor’s employees, as may be required of an “employer” as defined in Title 51 RCW, and shall maintain full compliance with Title 51 RCW to the extent such Title is applicable to the Contractor during the course of this Contract. If the Contractor fails to provide industrial insurance coverage or fails to pay premiums or penalties on behalf of its employees as may be required by law, the WSIB may collect from the Contractor the full amount payable to the industrial insurance accident fund. The WSIB may deduct the amount owed by the Contractor to the accident fund from the amount payable to the Contractor by the WSIB under this Contract and transmit the deducted amount to the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (L&I), Division of Insurance Services. This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide or purchase applicable workers’ compensation insurance coverage prior to performing work under this Contract. Should the Contractor fail to secure workers’ compensation insurance coverage or fail to pay premiums on behalf of its employees, the WSIB may deduct the amount of premiums owing from the amounts payable to the Contractor under this Contract and transmit the same to the appropriate workers’ compensation insurance fund.
' Compensation Insurance Coverage. The insurance carrier shall be an admitted carrier in the State of Texas.
' Compensation Insurance Coverage. Contractor is an Independent Contractor. To the maximum extent permitted and required by law, Contractor shall acquire on his or her own behalf, as a self-employed person, such workers’ compensation insurance coverage as he or she deems appropriate, but no less than is required by law, and consistent with his or her status as an independent contractor and the mutual intent of the Company and the Contractor not to create an employer/employee relationship. Contractor hereby agrees not to claim or assert, or to support any third-party assertion of, the existence of an employee/employer relationship. Any specific state exceptions and requirements shall be covered in a state-specific addendum. Contractor shall name the Company, its affiliates and subsidiaries as additional insureds on any workers’ compensation policy that Contractor obtains on his or her own behalf and shall also obtain a waiver of subrogation endorsement from the workers’ compensation insurer in favor of the Company, its affiliates and subsidiaries. Contractor shall, uponwritten request, provide evidence of the above insurance requirements for any policy of workers’ compensation insurance he or she obtains on his or her own behalf.
' Compensation Insurance Coverage. In the event that Contractor employs any individual to perform any portion of the Work, Contractor shall comply with Texas Labor Code, §406.096, which requires workers' compensation insurance coverage for all employees providing services on a building or construction project for a governmental entity.
' Compensation Insurance Coverage. The Bank shall provide or purchase applicable workers' compensation insurance coverage prior to performing work under this Agreement. The Agency will not be responsible for payment of industrial insurance premiums for the Bank or any Subcontractor or employee of the Bank, which might arise under the workers' compensation insurance laws during performance of duties and services under this Agreement. Should the Bank fail to secure workers' compensation insurance coverage or fail to pay premiums on behalf of its employees, the Agency may deduct the amount of premiums owing from the amounts payable to the Bank under this Agreement and transmit the same to the appropriate workers' compensation insurance fund.
