Time Sheet. Except for the purpose of gathering factual data for estimating purposes, Daily Time Sheets specifying the number of items performed per day for the purpose of task work shall not be allowed.
Time Sheet. 9.5.1 All hours worked by any Employee must be indicated on his individual weekly timesheet.
9.5.2 The Employee may refuse to initial his time sheet if he considers that there is a discrepancy between the hours shown and the hours worked.
9.5.3 Time sheets must necessarily be signed by employees at the end of each week, not by a third party, so as to ensure that hours worked by each employee are well reflected and that they are given a copy.
Time Sheet. It is expressly understood that employees shall be responsible for the recording of their own hours and that no other employee shall change those hours. No supervisor shall, without cause and, in any event, without the knowledge of the employee, change those hours. In every case the employee will sign their own time sheet.
Time Sheet. Office hours must be reported on a time sheet approved by the district for payment. To be compensated for office hours, the time sheet must be submitted to the appropriate xxxx/director no later than the end of finals week for the semester, term or summer session during which the office hours were held.
Time Sheet. The time sheet provided in Appendix 3 shall be sent to the Guild at the same time as the monthly remittances.
Time Sheet. Unit members whose regular compensation is by the variable payroll shall receive a copy of their "time sheet" detailing regular hours, overtime hours and dates worked with each payroll warrant. The district agrees to itemize the stubs of such checks to show hours paid and the rate being paid for said hours.

Time Sheet. Payment has to be made on the basis of counter-signed time sheet. Any discrepancy in time sheet should be communicated within 15 days. After 15 days Consultant has all the rights to raise invoices in full as per the countersigned timesheet.
Time Sheet. All drivers are required to record hours worked and days absent on their time sheet on a daily basis as per each driver’s work agreement. The work agreement will include actual route hours plus 15 minutes per trip for pre-trip inspection for busses left unattended for more than one hour, the 15 minutes is intended to address variance in actual route driving time, fueling the bus, keeping it clean, work related phone calls, and doing routine paperwork and reports. When the actual route time changes from the established route time, due to permanent changes in the routes or stops the route needs to be reevaluated and adjustments in time made. If the actual route time exceeds the established route time because of weather conditions, breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances, immediate notification must be made to the dispatcher or designee who in turn must notify the supervisor who is on duty. Time is rounded up to the nearest quarter hour at the end of each day. For instance, three hours and 55 minutes will equal (4) four hours total pay for the day. Overtime will be paid according to policy #596.00. The time sheet is to be submitted to the secretary dispatcher for review and verification prior to approval by the Transportation Supervisor. Under no circumstances is a driver to mark another employee's time sheet. Time sheets are to remain with the employee and it is the employee’s responsibility to properly fill out the time sheet prior to submitting it to the secretary dispatcher. Claiming hours, which have not been authorized and worked on a time sheet, constitutes sufficient grounds for termination. At the end of the pay period, the employee is to sign the time sheet approved by central office certifying that the hours recorded are true and accurate. Non-route driving must be clearly indicated on the time card and coded for a specific purpose (1=field trip, 2=Training etc.) (See attached time card example)
Time Sheet. Employees are required to complete and sign a time sheet (provided by your Manager /Supervisor) and hand the time sheet to the Site Manager /Supervisor at the end of each week. The Employees agree that the Company will strive to develop a more effective method of collecting time sheet information and at some point in the future; time sheet information may be collected electronically.
