Duty Assignment After Treatment. Once an employee successfully completes rehabilitation, they shall be returned to their regular duty assignment. Once treatment and any fol1ow-up care is completed, and two (2) years have passed since the employee entered the program, the employee’s personnel file shall be purged of any reference to his/her drug or alcohol problem.
