Common use of Duty Call Clause in Contracts

Duty Call. 40 Drivers shall receive a minimum of one (1) hour pay for each duty call. A duty call is defined as any 41 work other than the normal work shift and workday, noncontiguous with the normal work shift or 42 workday.

Duty Call. 40 Drivers shall receive a minimum of one two (12) hour hours pay for each duty call. A duty 29 call is defined as any 41 work other than the normal work shift and workday, noncontiguous with the normal 30 work shift or 42 workday.
