Duty Incurred Illness. The Employer agrees to incur all reasonable cost for the treatment, vaccinations, testing, medications, and/or inoculations deemed necessary by the Barberton Fire Department’s Medical Director for the treatment of documented/exposure/ illnesses an Employee may be exposed to while performing ones duties that may not be covered by Workers Compensation.
