DUTY TO ACT REASONABLY. Unless otherwise expressly provided, each party shall act reasonably in giving any consent, approval, or taking any other action under this Agreement.
DUTY TO ACT REASONABLY. Wherever any matter hereunder is subject to approval or consent of one party, that party shall not unreasonably withhold or delay such approval or consent.

Except as specifically set forth in this Lease to the contrary, any time the consent of Landlord or Tenant is required, such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Whenever the Lease grants Landlord or Tenant the right to take action or exercise discretion, or grants Tenant or Landlord the right to make allocations or other determinations, Landlord and Tenant shall act reasonably and in good faith.

Whenever this agreement requires or contemplates any action, decision, consent or approval, the parties shall act reasonably and in good faith and (unless the parties have expressly agreed in writing to some other discretionary standard) may not unreasonably withhold or delay any such action, decision, consent or approval.

Whenever this Lease grants Landlord or Tenant the right to take action, exercise discretion, establish rules and regulations or make allocations or other determinations, unless another standard is expressly prescribed, Landlord and Tenant shall act reasonably and in good faith.
DUTY TO ACT REASONABLY. The parties agree that they must each, in exercising any right, discretion or obligation under this Agreement, act reasonably and in a bona fide manner in relation to each other and the particular right, discretion or obligation.

DUTY TO ACT REASONABLY. Any time the consent of Landlord or Tenant is required, such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, unless expressly provided otherwise herein. Whenever this Lease grants Landlord or Tenant the right to take action, exercise discretion, establish rules and regulations or make allocations or other determinations, Landlord and Tenant shall act reasonably and in good faith and take no action that might result in the frustration of the reasonable expectations of a sophisticated landlord and sophisticated tenant concerning the benefits to be enjoyed under this Lease.
