Duty to Contractor not Assumed by Owner’s Consultants. Acts and decisions of the Owner and/or Architect/Engineer to exercise or not to exercise authority vested in them by Owner shall not give rise to a duty or responsibility of any of them to the Contractor, its personnel, Subcontractors, suppliers, or their agents or employees, or other persons or entities performing portions of the Work.
