DUTY TO COOPERATE IN THE INVESTIGATION PROCESS. In order to promptly and fairly resolve harassment complaints, every county employee has an obligation to cooperate in the county’s investigation or alleged harassment or retaliation. Failure to cooperate, deliberately providing false information, or withholding information during an investigation shall be grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
