DUTY TO NOTIFY US. You must notify us immediately if (a) the PIN is lost or disclosed to any person or (b) the Card is lost or damaged or used by any other person or (c) any other event occurs which would, under the terms of this Agreement, allow us to suspend or cancel the use of Card or the Electronic Services. You may notify us of the loss/theft or unauthorised use by calling our Customer Service Hotline at 0000-000 0000 or at (00) 0000 0000 or by notifying us in writing. In certain circumstances, we may also require you to make a police report accompanied by written confirmation of the loss/theft/disclosure and any other information that we may require. After receipt of any such notice from you, we may suspend or cancel your use of the Card and/or Electronic Services at any time.
