DUTY TO NOTIFY US. Should the Customer or the Cardholder discover that the Card (or Enabled Device) is lost, stolen or used in an unauthorised way, the Customer or the Cardholder shall notify us of the loss/theft or unauthorised use by calling our Customer Service Hotline or by notifying us in writing. In certain circumstances, we may also require the Customer and/or the Cardholder to make a police report accompanied by written confirmation of the loss/theft/misuse/disclosure and any other information that we may require.
