Duty to Provide Secure Data. The Vendor shall maintain the security of State of Florida Data including, but not limited to, a secure area around any display of such data or data that is otherwise visible. The Vendor shall also comply with all HIPAA requirements and any other State and federal rules and regulations regarding security of information.

Duty to Provide Secure Data. The Vendor shall will maintain the security of State of Florida Data including, but not limited to, a secure area around any display of such data State of Florida Data or data State of Florida Data that is otherwise visible. The Vendor shall will also comply with all HIPAA requirements and any other State state and federal rules and regulations regarding security of information. State of Florida Data cannot be disclosed to any person or entity that is not directly approved to participate in the scope of work set forth in this Contract.
