DWD Response to Audit Report. The Department shall notify the Grantee within ninety (90) days of receipt of any audit required under Section V., I., 1., a. and completed by the independent certified auditor, as to whether or not the audit meets the requirements of the Department's audit guidelines. If the audit is not complete or is acceptable only in part, the Department shall rely upon the acceptable portion of the audit and any additional audit work shall build upon the work already done. Payment of audit costs as a result of the additional audit requested by the Department is the responsibility of the Grantee.

Defendant understands that the United States Attorney’s Office in its submission to the Probation Office as part of the Pre-Sentence Report and at sentencing shall fully apprise the District Court and the Probation Office of the nature, scope, and extent of defendant’s conduct regarding the charges against him, and related matters. The government will make known all matters in aggravation and mitigation relevant to sentencing.

  • Utilization Reports Both the Contractor and Subcontractor shall complete Quarterly Utilization Reports (or similar type documents containing the same information) and submit them to the Contracting Officer and to the Bureau within ten (10) business days at the end of each quarter. This information will be used to determine the actual dollar amount paid to Subcontractor and will also serve as a record of fulfillment of Contractor’s Small Diverse Business and Small Business Commitments. If there was no activity during the quarter, then the form must be completed by stating “No activity in this quarter.” A late fee of $100.00 per day may be assessed against the Contractor if its Utilization Report is not submitted in accordance with the schedule above.

  • Right to Audit Records Citizens shall have reasonable access to Vendor’s facilities and the right to review and audit any of Vendor’s records relating solely to this Agreement, upon written notice to Vendor of at least three (3) business days. Vendor shall not unreasonably delay or inhibit Citizens’ right to audit as set forth in this Section. Vendor shall cooperate with auditor(s) and, provide requested documentation in a timely manner (preferably within five (5) business days). Vendor must resolve any deficiencies discovered during the audit within ninety (90) calendar days from being reported. Citizens may extend the response time period in its sole discretion. Citizens has the right to conduct follow-up audit procedures to assess Vendor’s corrective action(s). Any entity performing auditing services pursuant to this Section shall execute a non-disclosure agreement with regard to Vendor’s proprietary information, unless precluded from doing so by law. Vendor agrees to reimburse Citizens for the reasonable costs of investigation incurred by Citizens for investigations of Vendor’s compliance with this Agreement which result in termination for cause or in regulatory or criminal penalties in connection with performance of this Agreement. Such costs shall include, but shall not be limited to: salaries of investigators, including overtime; travel and lodging expenses; expert witness fees and, documentary fees.
