Dwelling Units and Gross Revenues. As of the date of this Agreement, municipal records estimate 1978 dwelling units in Xxxxxxxxx Township. The Township Contracted Hauler is obligated to determine its own number for purposes of providing and determining the cost of the work to be provided under this Agreement. Xxxxxxxxx Township makes no warranty as to the number of dwelling units in the Township or the gross revenue which may be received at any time by the Township Contracted Hauler.
