Number of Dwelling Units means the number of dwelling units as determined by the City based upon the number of units allowed pursuant to the standards of the City’s Zoning Code or as otherwise specified by the City on the property included in the subdivision at the time the tentative map or parcel map is filed for approval.

  • Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.

  • single detached dwelling means a completely detached Building containing only one Dwelling Unit;

  • Over-Allotment Units means the additional number of Private Units the Sponsor will be required to purchase in the event that the underwriters in the Company’s initial public offering exercise their over-allotment option, as described in the prospectus relating to the Company’s initial public offering.

  • Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.

  • Existing unit means a unit (including a unit subject to Section 111 of the Act) that commenced commercial operation before November 15, 1990, and that on or after November 15, 1990, served a generator with a nameplate capacity of greater than 25 MWe. Existing unit does not include simple combustion turbines or any unit that on or after November 15, 1990, served only generators with a nameplate capacity of 25 MWe or less. Any existing unit that is modified, reconstructed, or repowered after November 15, 1990, shall continue to be an existing unit.

  • Dwelling means any building, structure, or portion thereof which is occupied as, or designed or intended for occupancy as, a residence by one or more families, and any vacant land which is offered for sale or lease for the construction or location thereon of any such building, structure, or portion thereof.
