Common use of e-Agreement Clause in Contracts

e-Agreement. Seller hereby agrees and undertakes that Xxxxxx is legally entitled and eligible to enter into this e- Agreement and further agrees and undertakes to be bound by and abide by this Agreement and the person accepting this Agreement by and on behalf of the Seller is authorised representative of the Seller and is entitled and is legally authorised to bind the Seller on whose behalf this Agreement is being accepted.

e-Agreement. Seller hereby agrees and undertakes that Xxxxxx is legally entitled and eligible to enter into this e- e-Agreement and further agrees and agreesand undertakes to be bound by and abide by this Agreement and the person accepting this Agreement by and on behalf of the Seller is authorised representative authorisedrepresentative of the Seller and is entitled and is legally authorised to bind the Seller on whose behalf this Agreement is being accepted.
