E-Money Services Clause Samples
The E-Money Services clause defines the terms under which electronic money (e-money) is issued, managed, and used within the context of the agreement. It typically outlines the responsibilities of the service provider, the process for loading and redeeming e-money, and any restrictions on its use, such as limits on transaction amounts or permitted purposes. E-Money Services. If your complaint relates to any E-Money Services, you may be entitled to take that complaint to the FOS as further described in Section 4.13.
E-Money Services. The following services (the "E-Money Services") may be provided to you by Coinbase Payments:
(A) a hosted digital wallet (“E-Money Wallet”) enabling you to store electronic money issued by CB Payments, which is denominated in fiat currency (“E-Money"); and
(B) certain payment services enabling you to send and receive E-Money (as set out below). The E-Money Services are regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). Coinbase Payments is an authorised electronic money institution authorised and regulated by the FCA with register number 900635.
E-Money Services. The following services (the "E-Money Services") may be provided to you by Coinbase Ireland:
(A) a hosted digital wallet (“E-Money Wallet”) enabling you to store electronic money issued by Coinbase Ireland, which is denominated in fiat currency (“E-Money"); and
(B) certain payment services enabling you to send and receive E-Money (as set out below). The E-Money Services are regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Coinbase Ireland is an authorised electronic money institution authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland with register number C188493 and listed on the Central Bank of Ireland’s register which is available at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/.
E-Money Services. EMI provides you with the following services (the "E-Money Services"):
(A) a hosted digital wallet (“E-Money Wallet”) enabling you to store electronic money issued by EMI, which is denominated in fiat currency (“E-Money"); and
(B) certain payment services enabling you to send and receive E-Money (as set out below). The E-Money Services are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. E-Money Services. The following services (the "E-Money Services") may be provided to you by HumanBace:
(A) a hosted digital wallet (“USD Wallet”) enabling you to store electronic money issued by HumanBace, which is denominated in fiat currency (“E-Money"); and
(B) certain payment services enabling you to send and receive E-Money (as set out below).
E-Money Services. The following services (the "E-Money Services") may be provided to you by Coinbase Payments:
(A) a hosted digital wallet (“E-Money Wallet”) enabling you to store electronic money issued by CB Payments, which is denominated in fiat currency (“E-Money"); and
(B) certain payment services enabling you to send and receive E-Money (as set out below). The E-Money Services are regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). Coinbase Payments is an authorised electronic money institution authorised and regulated by the FCA with register number 900635. Access to E-Money Services is not automatic and is only provided where Coinbase Payments decides in its sole discretion to provide them.

1. a hosted digital wallet enabling you to store electronic money issued by Coinbase Payments (the "E-Money Wallet" and "E-Money" respectively); and
E-Money Services. The following services (the "E-Money Services") may be provided to you by Coinbase SG:
(A) a hosted digital wallet (“E-Money Wallet”) enabling you to store electronic money issued by Coinbase SG, which is denominated in fiat currency (“E-Money”); and
(B) certain payment services enabling you to send and receive E-Money (as set out below). The E-Money is electronically stored monetary value that is, and is intended to be, used only in Singapore for the payment or part payment of goods and/or services provided by Coinbase. Accordingly, with respect to the E-Money Services, Coinbase does not purport to operate a payment service regulated under the Payment Services Act (No. 2 of 2019) of Singapore (the “PSA”) and Coinbase is not licensed, approved, registered or regulated under the PSA to carry on the E-Money Services. Consequently, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be afforded the relevant protections set out in the PSA and related subsidiary legislation, regulations, circulars, notices, directions and guidelines when you use the E-Money Services.
