Receipt of Instructions. If we receive instructions from you to purchase Digital Currency using E-Money on a non-business day or after 4:30 pm (London time) on a business day, we may treat those instructions as if they were received by us on the following business day.
Receipt of Instructions. We do not consider instructions to arrange or change cover which are sent to us by post, electronic mail/messaging services or facsimile, or left on voicemail, to have been received until they reach the relevant personnel in our offices. We do not accept responsibility for instructions which do not reach us at all due to failures in the postal, electronic or telecommunications systems.

Issuance Instructions given by an Authorized Representative by facsimile transmission, in writing or by other electronic means must be received by the Issuing and Paying Agent not later than one (1) Business Day prior to the date any additional Notes are to be issued or such other times as may be mutually agreed in writing between the Issuer and the Issuing and Paying Agent. For purposes hereof, the term “Business Day” shall mean any day that is not a Saturday or Sunday and that, in the City of New York, New York, is not a day on which banking institutions are generally authorized or obligated by law to close. In the event that instructions are received by the Issuing and Paying Agent later than 5:00 p.m. (Eastern time) on such date, such instructions shall not be deemed to be received until the Business Day following such receipt.

Receipt of Instructions. Instructions given by an Authorized Representative by facsimile transmission, in writing or by other electronic means must be received by the Issuing and Paying Agent not later than the times specified in the Administrative Procedures. In the event that instructions are received by the Issuing and Paying Agent later than the times specified in the Administrative Procedures, such instructions shall not be deemed to be received until the business day following such receipt.
Receipt of Instructions. Instructions to the Branch shall be considered to have been received only when they are brought to the attention of the officer at the Branch whom they are addressed. Instructions that are not addressed to any particular person will be considered to be addressed to the BUSINESS DEPARTMENT Manager or his/her designated person.
Receipt of Instructions. 1. All of my directions to CNB shall be in writing.
2. If there are multiple account signers, each Principal agrees that any Principal shall have the authority to act alone and give instruction with respect to the account.
3. CNB may accept and act in accordance with any instructions from you which CNB believe to be genuine but CNB need not do so, if the judgment will subject CNB to any liability or extraordinary expense.
4. CNB will not be liable for any loss or expense resulting from relying upon any instructions that it believes to be genuine.
5. CNB may provide notice to Hercules Funding IV, LLC by actual delivery to Hercules Funding IV, LLC at the address above or such other address as Hercules Funding IV, LLC provides in writing to CNB.
Receipt of Instructions. 3.1 An Instruction shall be treated as properly given to and received by the Bank only if it is properly addressed to the appropriate employee of the Bank and only if:
(a) in the case of an oral Instruction (whether by telephone or otherwise), the Instruction is clearly communicated to the appropriate employee of the Bank; and
(b) in the case of an Instruction given by email, the Instruction is sent from any of the Client’s email addresses as specified in the EMail Agreement or from the last email address supplied by the Client to the Bank (if any), to such email address(es) as the Bank may from time to time specify by giving notice in writing to the Client via email or otherwise. Any instruction from the Client to the Bank by email shall be deemed to be delivered only on the date it is actually received by the Bank and read by an author- ised representative of the Bank.

We do not consider instructions sent by text message to have been received until we have responded to the specific message. We do not accept responsibility for instructions which do not reach us at all due to failures in the postal, electronic or telecommunications systems. You are not to rely on any insurance you have instructed us to place on cover until we have confirmed in writing to you that the insurer has agreed to such insurance cover being in place. Please note you must comply with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy you purchase including any matters where the insurer makes cover subject to your compliance with conditions or with express or implied warranties. Failure to comply may entitle the insurer to cancel your insurance contract and/or risks a claim you make not being paid in part or in full (Also see paragraph headed Claims).
Receipt of Instructions. MHRS shall receive orders for the purchase and/or redemption of the authorized and issued shares of a Fund from or on behalf of the Plans and their participants (“Instructions”).
