Unsuccessful Payments. If a payment to load funds into your E-Money Wallet is not successful, you authorise Coinbase, in its sole discretion, either to cancel any related Digital Currency Transactions or to debit your other payment methods, including Coinbase balances or other linked accounts, in any amount necessary to complete the Digital Currency Transactions in question. You are responsible for maintaining an adequate balance and/or sufficient credit limits in order to avoid overdraft, or similar fees charged by your payment provider.
Unsuccessful Payments. If a payment to load funds into your E-Money Wallet is not successful, you authorise MNOCOINS , in its sole discretion, either to cancel any related Digital Currency Transactions or to debit your other payment methods, including MNOCOINS balances or other linked accounts, in any amount necessary to complete the Digital Currency Transactions in question. You are responsible for maintaining an adequate balance and/or sufficient credit limits in order to avoid overdraft, or similar fees charged by your payment provider.
Unsuccessful Payments. If your payment does not process successfully, then the Subscription will be suspended until payment is made. We will promptly notify you using the email account you provided to us if there is an unsuccessful payment and you must thereafter complete a successful payment transaction to obtain access to your Account. Any suspension or termination of your Subscription will not be reimbursed or credited.
Unsuccessful Payments.
5.5.1 If an electronic transfer made under Clause 5.4.1 is unsuccessful through no fault of SchemeCo or SchemeCo’s bank, SchemeCo will re-attempt the electronic transfer or payment within 14 days.
5.5.2 If, on a second attempt, the electronic transfer or payment is again unsuccessful through no fault of SchemeCo or SchemeCo’s bank, SchemeCo shall again re- attempt the electronic transfer or payment within a further 14 days.
5.5.3 If, on the third attempt, the electronic transfer or payment is unsuccessful through no fault of SchemeCo or SchemeCo’s bank, SchemeCo will be deemed to have discharged its obligations to the Scheme Claimant in respect of that payment.
5.5.4 Unless the Scheme Supervisors decide otherwise, the relevant sum shall be returned to the Scheme Fund to be applied:
(a) as a further payment to Scheme Creditors under Clause 5.2 or Clause 5.3 if the costs of making such a payment are less than the aggregate amount of such sums; or
(b) against the SchemeCo Wind-Down Costs if the costs of making a further payment to Scheme Creditors pursuant to Clause 5.2 or Clause 5.3 would be equal to or greater than the aggregate amount of such sums.

If a payment to load funds into your E-Money Wallet is not successful, you authorise EMI, in its sole discretion, either to cancel any related Crypto Asset Transactions or to debit your other payment methods in any amount necessary to complete the Crypto Asset Transactions in question. You are responsible for maintaining an adequate balance and/or sufficient credit limits in order to avoid overdraft, or similar fees charged by your payment provider.
Unsuccessful Payments. (a) If your Payment Method is declined, whether due to insufficient funds or deemed unsuccessful for any other reason, we may: cancel the Transaction; fulfil a portion of the Transaction; or debit alternative Payment Methods provided by you, in the amount necessary to complete a pending Transaction.
(b) If any fees apply on failed payment attempts in the course of executing your Sale Order, and such failure is reasonably attributed to an error by you, such fees will be deducted from either: the amount of Fiat that is transferred to you if the Sale Order is subsequently executed; or the amount of Crypto Asset that is returned to you if the Sale Order is declined and the Crypto Asset is returned.

You are responsible for maintaining an adequate balance and/or sufficient credit limits in order to avoid overdraft, or similar fees charged by your payment provider.
Unsuccessful Payments. (a) Should there be any unsuccessful payments from your account, you are responsible for any fees and charges incurred by the bank, or debt collection agency(s) and are also responsible for any reasonable fees and charges incurred by the Y NSW due to your unsuccessful payment.
(b) If there are insufficient funds in your account to meet a direct debit payment you must arrange for sufficient funds to be in your account within three (3) working days.
(c) In the event that a 2nd attempt at billing fails, the payment may automatically be re-billed on the next debit date and a failed payment fee will apply.
