Unsuccessful Payments. If a payment to load funds into your E-Money Wallet is not successful, you authorise Coinbase, in its sole discretion, either to cancel any related Digital Currency Transactions or to debit your other payment methods, including Coinbase balances or other linked accounts, in any amount necessary to complete the Digital Currency Transactions in question. You are responsible for maintaining an adequate balance and/or sufficient credit limits in order to avoid overdraft, or similar fees charged by your payment provider.
Unsuccessful Payments. If a payment to load funds into your E-Money Wallet is not successful, you authorise MNOCOINS , in its sole discretion, either to cancel any related Digital Currency Transactions or to debit your other payment methods, including MNOCOINS balances or other linked accounts, in any amount necessary to complete the Digital Currency Transactions in question. You are responsible for maintaining an adequate balance and/or sufficient credit limits in order to avoid overdraft, or similar fees charged by your payment provider.
Unsuccessful Payments. If your payment does not process successfully, then the Subscription will be suspended until payment is made. We will promptly notify you using the email account you provided to us if there is an unsuccessful payment and you must thereafter complete a successful payment transaction to obtain access to your Account. Any suspension or termination of your Subscription will not be reimbursed or credited.
Unsuccessful Payments. (a) If your Payment Method is declined, whether due to insufficient funds or deemed unsuccessful for any other reason, we may: cancel the Transaction; fulfil a portion of the Transaction; or debit alternative Payment Methods provided by you, in the amount necessary to complete a pending Transaction.

(a) Should there be any unsuccessful payments from your account, you are responsible for any fees and charges incurred by the bank, or debt collection agency(s) and are also responsible for any reasonable fees and charges incurred by the Y NSW due to your unsuccessful payment.
Unsuccessful Payments. If UMB is not able to make a payment as you directed, you will receive an email notifying you of an unsuccessful payment. For example, if there are not sufficient funds in your Customer Account on the Process Date or if other payments UMB has been asked to make on your behalf (such as checks you write or debit card transactions you make) would reduce the Available Balance below the amount required to make the payment, UMB may not make the payment. When a payment fails because of insufficient funds, UMB will attempt to make the payment on the following Business Day. If there are not sufficient funds in the Customer Account on that date, your payment will not be attempted again. You will need to reschedule the payment or make other payment arrangements.

Unsuccessful Payments. If a payment to load funds into your Fiat Wallet is not successful, you authorise Coinbase, in its sole discretion, either to cancel any related Digital Asset Transactions (defined below at Section 5.2) or to debit your other payment methods, including Coinbase balances or other linked accounts, in any amount necessary to complete the Digital Asset Transactions in question. You are responsible for maintaining an adequate balance and/or sufficient credit limits in order to avoid overdraft, or similar fees charged by your payment provider.
