UNAUTHORISED AND INCORRECT TRANSACTIONS. 14.1 If you have a reason to believe that a transaction for which your Card was used is unauthorised by you or additional Cardholder or has been posted to your Account in error, you must immediately contact Customer Services, but in any event within 13 months of the date of the relevant transaction. 14.2 We will by the end of the next Working Day refund the unauthorised amount including any fees and restore your Account to the position it would have been in if the unauthorised transaction had not taken place. 14.3 We are not obliged to refund the unauthorised sums to you if we have reason to believe you or any additional Cardholders have acted fraudulently and we may notify the police or any other authority permitted by law. If we don’t provide a refund by the end of the next Working Day but subsequently confirm that the transaction was unauthorised, we will refund the sums to you straight away. 14.4 We will have no further liability to you once we have refunded the unauthorised sums to you. If we subsequently discover that you were not entitled to a refund, we shall treat the refund as a mistake and be entitled to reapply the transaction, including any fees, to your Account. 14.5 You will be liable for all unauthorised transactions made from your Account(s); 14.5.1 if you or any additional Cardholders have acted fraudulently; or 14.5.2 if the transaction was made because you or any additional Cardholders have deliberately or with gross negligence failed to keep Cards or Card details safe or PIN or other security information related to Card safe; or 14.5.3 where you have failed to notify us without undue delay on becoming aware that a Card or security information related to a Card has been lost or stolen. 14.6 You will not be liable for unauthorised transactions from your Account after you have told us that a Card has been lost, stolen or compromised. 14.7 Where you have agreed that another person in the EEA can take a payment from your Account (e.g. if you have given your Card details to a retailer for the purpose of making a payment for renting a car or booking a hotel room), you can ask us to refund a payment, which we will refund to you within 10 Working Days of receipt of your request, if all the following conditions are satisfied: 14.7.1 the authorisation given did not specify the exact amount to be paid; 14.7.2 the amount that has been charged to your Account was more than you could reasonably have expected to pay, based on the circumstances, includ...

UNAUTHORISED AND INCORRECT TRANSACTIONS. Where a purchase of Digital Currency and / or redemption of E-Money is initiated from your E-Money Wallet using your credentials, we will assume that you authorised such transaction, unless you notify us otherwise. If you believe that a transaction using your E-Money Wallet has been carried out that you did not authorise (an “Unauthorised Transaction”), or if you have reason to believe that a transaction using your E-Money Wallet has been incorrectly carried out or is not complete (an “Incorrect Transaction”), you must contact us as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 13 months after the Unauthorised Transaction or Incorrect Transaction occurred. It is important that you regularly check your E-Money Wallet balance and your transaction history to ensure any Unauthorised Transactions or Incorrect Transactions are identified and notified to us at the earliest possible opportunity. We are not responsible for any claim for Unauthorised Transactions or Incorrect Transactions unless you have notified us in accordance with this Section 4.8, in which case Section 4.9 below sets out our respective responsibilities. As further described in Section 4.9 below, we are not responsible for any claim for Unauthorised Transactions or Incorrect Transactions if you have acted fraudulently, intentionally or with gross negligence and this has resulted in the Unauthorised Transactions or Incorrect Transactions. We may require you to liaise with appropriate authorities with respect to the unauthorised Transaction.

If you believe that a particular transaction was not authorised by you or was carried out incorrectly by Coinpass, you must promptly notify Coinpass and at most not more than 14 days after the relevant transaction occurred, either by email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx or by the chat facility on the Coinpass Platform. Coinpass shall not be held responsible for any claim for unauthorised or incorrect transactions unless the User has notified Coinpass in accordance with the Unauthorised Transactions section. If Coinpass confirms that a transaction was unauthorised or incorrect, Coinpass shall reinstate the amount contained in the User's Coinpass Account E-Wallet that was the subject of the unauthorised or incorrect transaction, subject to the other provisions of the Unauthorised Transactions section. The User agrees to be liable for the first £250 of any losses incurred in respect of an unauthorised transaction that arises from the use of lost or stolen login credentials that are linked to the User's Coinpass Account and the User authorises Coinpass to deduct such sum before processing the reinstatement referred to in the Unauthorised Transactions section. Coinpass is fully committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing and we will not support digital assets that through technology obscure or make transmission records unidentifiable.
