Successful Tenderers may be required to send or receive documents electronically. This may include purchase orders, acknowledgements, invoices, payment advices, or other procurement documentation. These will normally be in the Council’s standard formats, but may be varied under some circumstances so as not to disadvantage small and medium suppliers.
