Common use of E-PROCUREMENT Clause in Contracts

E-PROCUREMENT. As part of its procurement strategy the Council is committed to the use of technology that can improve the efficiency of procurement. Successful Tenderers may be required to send or receive documents electronically. This may include purchase orders, acknowledgements, invoices, payment advices, or other procurement documentation. These will normally be in the Council’s standard formats, but may be varied under some circumstances so as not to disadvantage small and medium suppliers.
