E-world Warranties. E-world warrants that (i) neither porting or optimizing the Software to or for any product nor the Incorporated Technology, infringe any Intellectual Property Rights held by any third party; and (ii) that it will not (and it will not allow any end user or OEM) use, copy or distribute the Software or Optimized Code in a manner inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
